The Niazov Agricultural University of Turkmenistan's president, Dr. Gapurow, and the delegation accompanying him, along with the MOU of collaboration that they have concluded, which was signed in the presence of Ayatollah Raisi, the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and Gurbanguly Mälikgulyýewiç Berdimuhamedow, Chairman of People's Council of Turkmenistan, with the aim of promoting scientific diplomacy and international research cooperation.During a three-day trip to Golestan province, he visited Gorgan University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources' capacities and facilities.
