Shanghai Ranking has released the world university ranking by academic subjects in 2024. The ranking includes universities from all over the world. Gorgan University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources was ranked 101-150 in the field of Agricultural Sciences in world ranking and first in Iran, Moreover, in the field of Veterinary Sciences it was positioned 201-300 in world ranking and second in Iran.

It should also be mentioned that more than 1,900 out of 5,000 universities across 96 countries and regions are finally listed in the rankings.
